DALO modular flooring
Injection-moulded polymer tiles, 333 × 333 mm, that lock into each other on all four sides with a dovetail joint. Nine tiles cover a square metre. You press them together with your foot, or tap them home with a mallet. There is no adhesive, no screed and nothing to wait for — the floor is walkable as you lay it.
We use colour the way a factory should: grey for walkways, yellow at the machines, green for the pedestrian lane. Zones marked by the floor itself, not by paint that wears off.

DALO was designed to pave our own production halls. Everything else on the market cost too much and took too long.

We install zone by zone so production never stops. No curing time, no smell, no closed hall.
Replace a tile, not a floor
Something breaks or burns, you pull out one tile and press a new one in. No other industrial floor can do that.
Made in Romania, not imported
Almost everyone in this market resells and installs. We produce the tiles ourselves, in Sibiu, on presses that run automotive parts.

The product is at the stage where we need real floors under real traffic more than we need the invoice. So we deliver and install with no advance payment. Use it for 30 days. If it is not right, we lift it and take it away at our own cost, and you owe nothing.

And where it does not go
Every polymer modular floor has the same limits, whoever makes it. We would rather you heard them from us.
- Pallet trucks and forklifts with hard wheels, if the floor is loose-laid
- Welding and grinding areas
- Under falling weights — no lifting platforms
Where vehicles turn on the spot, we glue the tiles down. We agree those zones with you before installation, not after.

4MMP has been injection moulding in Sibiu since 1994 — thirty-two years, now in its second generation. Thirteen presses, ten Arburg and three Haitian, 50 to 230 tonnes clamping force, plus blow moulding up to five litres, two halls over 2,000 m², and over 100 kW of photovoltaic on the roof. One kilometre from the A1 motorway exit.
Parts we mould end up on BMW, Mercedes, Jaguar, Ford and Fiat, through Thyssen Krupp Bilstein. Fritzmeier, Harting, Kendrion, Falcon and Jokon are customers too. That is the quality system DALO is made under.
